Gemmotherapy

"Gemmotherapy is a therapeutic method that uses plant bud extracts

or other vegetable tissue, freshly harvested from a growing plant."

                                                                             Max Tetau, M.D.

History:

Gemmotherapy was introduced by Dr. Max Tetau in 1971.

Because Gemmotherapy uses fresh buds and other plant tissues in embryonic stages, they possess different properties than herbal extracts made from other parts of the plant or the same plant once it has matured.  They have a rejuvenating effect on the tissues and organs for which they have an elective affinity known as "organotropic".

Gemmotherapy also promotes the gentle elimination of toxins from the tissues or organs for which it has an elective affinity.   Several systems in the human body assist in elimination of toxins.  They are as follows: digestive system, nervous system, genito-urinary system, respiratory system, lymphatic system, integumentary system [skin].

Gemmotherapy works well with homeopathic remedies.
